Use this guide as a repeatable checklist while reviewing independent product references. The original listing and current platform information should be checked before any order.
Confirm identity first
Start with the category, colour and variant shown on the order. The first question is whether the photos show the item you expected. Check the number of pieces, visible labels and included accessories. If the image set is incomplete, request a clear photo of the missing area before making a decision.
Inspect visible construction
For clothing, look at seams, print alignment, buttons, zippers and fabric appearance. For shoes, review both sides, soles, toe shape and left-right symmetry. For bags, inspect straps, hardware and closures. Lighting can change how colour appears, so avoid judging a shade from a single photo.
Use measurements
Compare any warehouse measurements with the seller's size chart and an item you already own. A label such as M or L is not enough because sizing varies by product and seller. Allow for measurement tolerance and the shape of the item, especially for loose or oversized fits.
Record the decision
Write down the specific issue and the photo that shows it. A short, precise request is more useful than 'check quality.' QC photos can reveal visible differences, but they cannot prove long-term durability, authenticity or performance. Confirm current return or exchange options with the relevant platform.
